Dr. Rodrigo Lago is a specialist in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology whose primary interests include the management of patients with advanced coronary and structural heart disease. Dr. Lago completed his cardiology training at Cleveland Clinic in Florida and at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Lago is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is the main investigator or co-investigator in several clinical studies involving patients with cardiovascular disease. Dr. Lago is widely published and has authored and coauthored numerous original scientific articles, abstracts, and book chapters. Dr. Lago has a strong commitment to effective health care.
