Jose Martinez, MD, is board certified in interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr. Martinez earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. He completed two fellowships, one in general cardiology and another in interventional cardiology at Hahnemann Hospital through Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Martinez has performed over 5,000 coronary and peripheral vascular procedures over his nearly 20 years in practice. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
