Boris Nunez, MD, is a cardiologist who is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. Dr. Nunez earned his medical degree from Gama Filho School of Medicine in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil before his internship and residency at Gama Filho University Hospital Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Cardiology Residency at National Heart Institute in Ignacio Chavez, Mexico. He then completed a Hypertension Fellowship at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, LA, a Cardiovascular Fellowship at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, and an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
